The Malabo Montpellier (MaMo) Forum provides a platform for informed dialogue and exchange among African decision makers at the highest-level on agriculture, nutrition food security.
The MaMo Forum is co-chaired by The Right Honourable Dr. Saulos Klaus Chilima, Vice President of the Republic of Malawi and His Excellency Abdoulaye Bio-Tchané, Minister of State in Charge of Planning and Development of the Republic of Benin. Under the leadership of its co-chairs, the Forum seeks to create a space for busy executives to exchange directly on issues of strategic importance in a context that is free from domestic pressures.
The next meeting of the Malabo Montpellier Forum will be taking place on Monday, 17th December in Rabat, Morocco. The basis of this third Forum meeting will be Malabo Montpellier Panel’s forthcoming report on irrigation. The Forum will be tied to this year’s Atlantic Dialogues, organized by OCP Policy Center, which will be taking place on 13th – 15th December 2018. Participation in the Malabo Montpellier Forum is by invitation only.
